Crown Counseling is an in-network provider for many health plans. If you don't see your insurance company on the list below it does not necessarily mean you can't get reimbursement from your insurance company. On many plans there are out-of-network benefits available. You can call your carrier to get more detailed information about your specific plan.  Please note that many times your primary health insurance carrier is not the same as your mental or behavioral health carrier. Check the back of your health insurance card or call the member services number for more information.
